Open Position: Welder / Fabricator

Top Solutions is a trusted name in Snohomish County for high-quality mobile welding and custom fabrication work. Based out of our Monroe shop, we provide dependable welding services both in-house and on the go. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an experienced Welder/Fabricator who is a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking someone who takes pride in precision, can think on their feet, and is comfortable working in both shop and field settings. You’ll be fabricating projects at our fully equipped Monroe facility and performing mobile welding jobs across the region.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of materials and projects
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications
Fabricate and assemble custom metal structures with attention to detail
Perform mobile welding work at residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Troubleshoot field challenges and adapt solutions on the fly
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Requirements:

3+ years experience in welding and fabrication
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented attitude

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with aluminum and stainless steel
WABO certification or other welding certifications
